FOCUS: Indivisible Farmers Branch will be a very focused group working on (1) getting voters registered in Dallas county and (2) voter turnout for elections and (3) advancing progressive ideals. We will follow the general guideline of https://www.indivisibleguide.com This is a group to be used to help direct and organize people who are gravely concerned about the Trump Agenda and who wish to cohere around 'Indivisible: A Practical Guide for Resisting the Trump Agenda.' Our first priority is Unity. We are united in defeating Trump's authoritarian tactics and the extreme right wing agenda of his enablers. As such this group is for sharing information and action plans. Rules: 1. Discussions and dialogues must remain respectful and courteous at all times. This is not a place for engaging in divisive debates. 2. To create space for the possibility of other voices, two posts a day limit, comments and likes are not limited. - 3. All posts should be able to be tied to actions that resist the Trump agenda and support our community's commitment to Resistance as outlined in the Indivisible Guide. Spam, non-Indivisible fundraising and business promotions will not be allowed. 4. Comments on posts must be germane to the original post. Maintaining these standards will enhance appeal to a broad base. This is a long game and there is much to lose, so we must do all we can to develop a welcoming and inclusive culture of civically engaged people. Admins will remove members who violate these standards, after one warning.
