The Mission of ITFIO Dutchess is to provide coordination, guidance, and support for activists and (D) candidates in Dutchess County. Our aim is to increase local participation in civic and political issues by communicating the impact these issues have on the community through social media, peaceful protest & civil action, town halls, training, etc. Our efforts include activism and campaigning. We value diversity and the participation of all local community members as well as openness, tolerance, compassion, and accountability to our community. This Group was created to compliment our 'Indivisible The Fight is On' Page. While the page focusses on sharing information and opinions to keep us informed, this group is to allow all to share events and actions. Be seen and express yourself often until we overwhelm them, and the world sees our better nature, and we win back our self-respect.
