'The whole people must take upon themselves the education of the whole people and be willing to bear the expense of it.' ~ John Adams, President and Statesman, 1758 Kansas Families for Education, established in 2002, is a non-partisan, grassroots volunteer organization of Kansas parents, students, teachers and taxpayers committed to our state's constitutional mandate that the legislature shall make suitable provision for finance of the educational interests of the state. Through education and political action, KFE fights for a quality, dignified education for EVERY child in Kansas regardless of where they're from. KFE's members are located in every corner of the state from Johnson County to Johnson City.
