Represent Maryland was started in 2014 by a small group of non partisan voters who were concerned about the over reaching influence of big money in politics. Our goal is to pass local anti corruption legislation based off the American Anti Corruption Act. Read more at www.anticorruptionact.org. We are the Maryland affiliate chapter of Represent.Us. We are 100% volunteer, self funded and make all decisions locally. By building true grassroots power in Maryland through outreach/educational events, canvassing, door knocking, etc., we will be able to influence policy at the local and state level to change the course of big money politics in America. While we welcome friendly debate, we reserve the right to delete any negative or slanderous comments and permanently block/ban users from our page. Represent Maryland works to build non partisan grassroots power for the people by passing local legislation based off of the American Anti Corruption Act.
