Organize - Develop - Lead

We develop women leaders for community and government roles and organize and mobilize volunteers, promoting Democratic values and candidates in the 25th Congressional District.

To contribute to the development of women leaders in our community and government, to close the gender gap in appointed and elected offices. Provide meaningful development opportunities, and collaborate with other groups to coordinate regional voter registration, voter education, and canvassing initiatives to promote Democratic values.

WIN to Lead is chartered by the Los Angeles County Democratic Party.
