Relationship Building

Leadership is also about helping others in our communities to achieve purpose through relationship-building. In order to overcome the inevitable hurdles that come with organizing, this session will focus on how to identify other leaders in your organizing community, build capacity within your group, and achieve effective action overtime. Participants will learn how to have an effective one-on-one conversation for an issue-based or electoral campaign.
